Why I Started This Blog (And Why Perfection Isn’t Welcome Here)

Hey Besties!

Have you ever looked around your house and thought, “Well… this escalated quickly?”

Because same.

Some days I’m chasing goats. Some days I’m chasing dreams. Some days I’m chasing my coffee because I set it down somewhere “safe,” and now it’s playing hide-and-seek.

Life has thrown me more than a few “Whoa… Yikes!” moments over the years. I’ve learned that sometimes all you can do is laugh, trust God, and keep putting one boot in front of the other.

This little corner of the internet isn’t about pretending life is perfect. It’s about real life—the messy, funny, heartbreaking, beautiful kind. Around here we’ll talk about faith, farm life, podcast adventures, Alpha-Gal Syndrome, starting over, family, business, and all the unexpected detours that somehow end up teaching us the biggest lessons.

My hope is that you’ll laugh with me, learn with me, and maybe even see a little bit of your own story somewhere in mine.
